STRs are not allowed and compliance is complaint driven. With enough complaints the city council will start to consider.

All enforcement has been from reported code violations. There is no official enforcement in place. City administration sent out a letter to all property owners to say, "Hey, did you know STRs are illegal in Fairview?"
