From the Business Licenses and Regulations website, there is a delineation between less than/more than 30 days occupancy:

“Residential rental unit” means a dwelling containing one or more separate living quarters, one or more of which is used for a rental unit, but not including a hotel, motel, mobile home or trailer park or similar structure or space or portions thereof wherein occupancy is for less than a thirty (30) day period.
