Host2Host General Membership Meeting @ 6:30pm
No registration, but you must be a Host2Host member in good standing to attend.
The Nominating Committee will present its new slate of Board candidates. All Host2Host members are encouraged to attend to cast their vote.
Active H2H members will be asked to vote yea or nay to admit these candidates to the Board of Directors for the terms specified. Those present to vote will meet the H2H requirement for a quorum.
This is the first meeting of planned annual General Membership meetings. Host2Host business, such as new Board candidates, and other items which require a member vote will be conducted at this time.
- 6:30 pm sharp - General Membership Meeting for all active Host2Host members (no registration required)
- 7:00pm - STR Platform Changes Meetup begins
Please note: There will be no food or drink at this event.
