Join us for a very special event hosted and presented by Travel Portland.
Travel Portland will provide a marketing update and social media workshop at their downtown office on Tuesday, January 7 from 1 pm to 2:45 pm. If you have never been to their offices, you are in for a treat.
This is really two events in one.
First, you'll learn about the exciting new marketing efforts underway at Travel Portland. With a mission to bring visitors to Portland, you'll see how Travel Portland does this through their winter marketing campaign, which is designed to drive need-time visitation to the city and generate economic impact (translation: more STR stays). You'll also get a personal tour of Travel Portland's new brand and learn about available resources and tools you can use to leverage your own business.
The second event will be a crash course in social media. This one-hour session led by Hannah Kang of LemonadePDX will give you a high-level overview of various platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Hannah will share tips on social media do's and don'ts to help you optimize your return on investment.
