Amina Moreau: A short-term rental host herself, the idea for Radious came to her in mid 2020 when her family had to shut down their short-term rental due to the pandemic. She felt like renting it out by the day instead of overnight would make hosting easier, safer, and get them back on track. What started out as a little Portland neighborhood initiative is turning into a popular new “workplace rentals” platform.
Anthony Rallo: With an extensive background in advertising sales for Microsoft as well as years of short-term rental hosting with properties across multiple states, Anthony brings a perspective on business that’s both down-to-earth and savvy. He offers insights into how to attract your ideal type of guest, how to engage them so they keep coming back, and how to think about your short-term rental business in a more entrepreneurial way.
Becky Burnett: A long-time short-term rental host, property manager, and co-founder of Ruby Jewel Ice Cream, Becky has a rich background in hospitality, community building, and growing businesses. Her perspectives on how to stand out as an exceptional host and how to minimize risk while maximizing opportunity, is as exciting as it is smart.
