Another year and still living with the pandemic. Will it ever cease to rule our lives? If you are feeling sad, depressed, hopeless or any other of a million feelings, you are most certainly not alone. Maybe you have a case of ennui, a weariness that saps your usual ability to achieve. You are not the only one.
Join us for a heart to heart conversation. In this meet-up Host2Host is creating space for hosts to share and support one another. Whatever you care to express will be heard and honored. Your feelings are valid. Sharing them will help you and likely help someone else as well.
We hosted a similar meet-up in the early days of the pandemic, which proved very helpful to all who joined us. This time we are delighted to have another mental health professional assist us with our conversation, helping us find perspective and understanding in what continues to be unstable ground.
