We all want our guests to have a great experience, but not at the expense of our own well-being.
This meet-up is all about creating effective house rules and personal boundaries that manage guest expectations and will give you hosting peace of mind. Learn strategies for getting guests to respect you, your house rules and your short term rental. Kim Gordon Cumbo, expert Airbnb Host Coach and H2H member, will share her tips and strategies with us in a brief presentation.
Kim will talk about:
- what elements hosts need to have in their house rules
- how house rules are different from boundaries
- what boundaries are good to include in your house rules
- plus a secret strategy for getting guests to read, understand and comply with your rules
After Kim's house rules discussion, Morgan Gary, co-owner of Spin Laundry and H2H member will give us a special Spin Laundry tour and share some of her cleaning tips.
