Guest Screening in a Changing Landscape
Or how to avoid hosting bad guests
- Has the nature of your guests changed?
- Have you had less than desirable guests? particularly lately?
This meet-up is all about how we can amp up our screening practices to improve our hosting experiences. Nobody wants a bad guest, so how do we identify them and prevent them from booking with us?
We’ll hear what some of our Host2Host members are doing. Our panel of experienced hosts will share their tips for screening guests and how they ensure that every booking turns into a good host experience.
David Boe will moderate and our panelists include:
Anthony Rallo, a vacation rental property owner, who manages properties in 4 different states, all at distance from his NYC home.
Pamela Jeanne, a home sharer., As a woman living alone Pamela has special safety concerns.
Adrienne Fajen, is a long time ADU host. She has been hosting through the pandemic and has recently experienced guests that were not ideal.
After brief updates from each of our panelists we’ll turn to your questions. We should have plenty of time, but if you’d like your questions to be first in line (or you can’t attend the meetup and plan to watch the recording), submit your questions here [insert Google form link].
