Our panelists will begin with brief introductions and then we'll dive right into these talking points, plus whatever is on your mind. No doubt you have a question or two.
Our Wonderful Panel includes:
Debi Hertert, owner of Oregon Shearwater. Debi owns two properties, one ADU in her home and one at the Oregon Coast. Her relationships with her cleaners have meant they stay long term. Debi is the founder of Host2Host and will moderate this evening's event.
Anthony Rallo, owner of A Plus Projects. Anthony manages his own properties across four states. None of them near his home which means he has to have great systems in place for his cleaners. Anthony is a Host2Host Board Member residing in Brooklyn, NY.
Rachel deHaan is an Airbnb cleaner and cohost who works in the Portland market. She coordinates maintenance, does repairs, cleans, screens guests for hosts and acts as a liaison for guests.
Melissa Bishop, owner of D&M Cleaning Services, a professional cleaning service that does Residential cleaning, Commercial Businesses, Post-Construction Clean up, and Rental Properties. No job is to big or too small.
Kelsey Sweat, owner of Sweat Bees Cleaning in Sevier County, TN. Kelsey is a detail oriented, vacation rental cleaner. She currently manages 67 properties while coordinating 13 employees.
