Time to Get Your Taxes in Order!

Get ready for the 2019 tax year!

Host2Host is holding its annual tax prep meet-up to help hosts learn about the tax law changes that may impact your hosting business.  And we are hosting it before year-end so you can learn helpful tips while you still have time to take advantage of those deductions. 

• Discover simple ways to maximize tax deductions, reduce tax costs and avoid common pitfalls.  

• Get answers to your specific tax and accounting questions from our panel of experts.

Our panel will include two tax experts who have presented to H2H in the past and are very familiar with short term rentals. 

Stephanie Solomon, is an Enrolled Agent, Oregon Licensed Tax Preparer, California Tax Education Council Registered Tax Preparer, NY Tax Preparer with Block Advisors.

Stephanie has been preparing taxes for over a decade. She specializes in multi-state, international and complex returns including small business, rental and other passive income streams and trusts and estates. She is also a Host2Host Affiliate Member and has many Short-Term Rental hosts among her clients. 

Lorilyn Wilson is a CPA & Owner of Collective, a full- outsourced accounting firm. Lorilyn has worked extensively with real estate investors providing both accounting and tax services. 

Schedule:

• 6:30pm: purchase appetizers & drink, enjoy wraps and other munchies from Host2Host, network with fellow hosts

• 7:00pm: program begins

Please honor our venue with a drink and/or food purchase. Teutonic Wines offers wonderful wines, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. As well as some yummy appetizers.  Host2Host will also supply some wraps and other munchies.

Become a Host2Host Member at the meet-up and we'll deduct your meet-up fee from membership.
